Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about evidence packs, data handling, security, and plans.

An evidence pack is a combined PDF and exhibit index generated from the PDFs you upload for a single matter. Kyronix merges your files, applies exhibit codes (EX‑001, EX‑002…), and builds a page‑range index so you can instantly see what’s where.

Kyronix is for solo and small law firms, litigation support, and in‑house legal teams that live in PDFs—medical records, disclosures, email dumps, photos, reports, and more. If you build exhibit binders or document bundles, Kyronix saves you hours.

You pay for the number of evidence packs you generate per month. One pack = one run of the builder for a single matter. Unlimited firm users are included on all plans. If you hit your monthly limit, you can add a low‑cost Summary Pass.

Kyronix currently accepts PDFs. Most case documents end up as PDFs anyway, so this keeps the workflow simple and predictable. Support for common non‑PDF formats will be added as we see demand.

No. Your documents are processed securely and are not used to train generic AI models. Data stays private, and we only use what you upload for the purpose of generating your evidence pack. If you need specifics, reach out — we’re transparent about our handling.

No. Kyronix runs entirely in the browser. Just visit the site, upload your PDFs, and download your pack. No installation, no plugins, and no IT project required.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Your existing packs remain available while your account is active. If you need a higher‑volume plan, contact us and we’ll tailor one.
